There are many HAM/SWL individuals and groups working in Bangladesh in different fields. There are club stations and organizations like BARL, FAIRS, Scouts, IRESC, etc. and they are hosting different activities round the year. These individuals and groups are highly trained and are ready to provide service to the community. They believe Amateur radio is a tool for self improvement, enjoyment, fun, social networking and of course for supporting the communities. They all have their audience and own way to distribute information, unfortunately most are unavailable to the rest.

We few Amateur Radio operators realized the need for a common platform to share our ideas and activities. To share our experience with other, something like an open source community. The first steps towards this vision is the birth of this web portal.
